Josh Fletcher is the founder and president of Next-Level IT LLC. Josh founded Next-Level IT LLC in October 2015 after working in the IT industry for nearly 13 years. Josh oversees all company operations as well as provides technical support to clients.
Prior to founding Next-Level IT LLC, Josh worked within a consulting firm which he began his career in as a helpdesk technician. He then worked his way up to become the data center manager of the organization which oversees all data center operations. This role consisted of implementing, managing, and maintaining all in house and client hosted services/servers within the data center. Josh has also held positions as in house network engineer for multiple organizations. This diverse experience helps Josh bring multiple perspectives to client networks.
Josh enjoys interacting and creating lasting relationships with clients to help them use technology to improve their business processes as well as solve any of their technology challenges.
Josh and his wife have two children and live in Coventry. He enjoys outdoor active sports such as cycling, waterskiing and boating, and winter sports.
